Anyone ever interviewed for the Customer Service Call Center position at Enterprise car rental? If so, what was your experience? If you work there or have worked there in the past would LOVE to hear your input or advice.

Yes, I did so on one occasion. There was nothing particularly good or particularly bad about their service. It was relatively efficient, not any faster than any other service.

I don’t know exactly what they will ask since I’ve never applied there myself.
However, it might be a good idea to be prepared to answer questions that are asked during interviews for other jobs.
Remember, you are competing against other applicants so you have to stand out since they will pick the best person for the job.
They might as questions like:
"What are your strengths and weaknesses?"
"What can you contribute to Enterprise that nobody else can?"
"Why should we hire you?" (someone actually asked me that!)

ok so they are picking me up at the body shop at 7:30 a.m. Will they drop the car off and send me on my way, or do they come with, or what??

They are the best, used them since the late seventies.

They pick you up and drive you back to the office. They get out and you are on your own after all paperwork is satisfactory.

When you turn the car in, they will take you in the rental to where ever you want to go, within reason. Back to the body shop perhaps?

I checked out the site and it gives no real clear info on this. The car is due back Friday. Does it have to be in at the beginning of the day or the end? If you turn it in by…say 4:30 will they charge you for another day? I tried to call them and they were closed I need to know if I should make arrangments Thursday afternoon or not. I will not be able to return it until 4:30 on Friday!

tonlac is correct. to be safe you should return it at the same time you rented it. also, why did you rent the car? if your car is being repaired at a body shop due to an accident, you have the whole day to return it-your contract should read calendar day in the upper right hand corner. if it is for personal reasons then it is due back at the time you rented it-your contract would read 24 hours.

I rented a vehicle for the weekend. The car started jerking a little and when I pulled over at a gas station, there was absolutely no coolant in the car. Unfortunately, I had to pay $15 for some coolant. What should I do?

Return the car immediately. Because there may be a lot more wrong with it. And they will likely cover the $15.00

I don’t think so. you should google working at enterprise , and all kinds of stuff will come up.

Supposedly you will be working non-stop—45 to 50 hours a week. I had an interview with them and after reading up on all of that I canceled!!! It scared me away. lol
